Ryse Wellness complies with applicable California mental health privacy statutes, including the Lanterman-Petris-Short Act (LPS Act) and related provisions.
In the event of a breach of your unsecured PHI, Ryse Wellness will notify you as required under the HIPAA Breach Notification Rule (45 CFR Part 164, Subpart D). Notification will be provided without unreasonable delay and in no case later than 60 days following discovery of the breach.
