RYSE Wellness is a physician-led, 6-bed residential mental health program offering precision-personalized care — built around your brain, your history, and your goals.

YOU FOUND THIS PAGE FOR A REASON.
We listen before we assess. You're in control.

This Is a Hard Thing to Look For.
We Know That.

Whether you're searching for yourself or someone you love — you're here because something needs to change.

Maybe outpatient care hasn't been enough. Maybe it's gotten urgent. Maybe you've been through treatment before and it didn't hold.

You don't have to have the answers before you call.

RYSE Wellness was built for exactly this moment. A small, structured, clinically serious program where people who've hit a wall can finally get the individualized support they need — without judgment, without pressure, and without being just another name on a caseload.

Our team is made up of clinicians who understand complexity. Every part of this program is designed to meet you where you are — and help you get somewhere better.

LEVELS OF CARE

A Structured Program. A Personalized Plan.

Serious mental health conditions require serious clinical support. RYSE provides a residential level of care with the depth and personal attention that complex presentations demand.

Residential Mental Health Treatment

Our primary level of care. A 24/7 supervised, live-in program for adults experiencing moderate-to-severe mental health challenges. You'll receive individual therapy, group sessions, psychiatric evaluation, and daily structured programming — in a private, retreat-like environment with a clinical team that knows your case intimately.

Who it's for: Adults with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, mood instability, emotional dysregulation, or conditions that haven't responded to outpatient care.

Length: Typical stay is 30–45 days, customized to your needs.

Neuroscience-Informed Care (qEEG)

Most residential programs build your treatment plan from self-reported symptoms alone. RYSE starts with your brain. Using FDA-cleared qEEG brain mapping and AI-driven analysis, we identify the neurological patterns underlying your condition — then build your plan around that objective data.

Why it matters: Your treatment isn't based on a checklist. It's based on data unique to you.

Result: More precise interventions. Measurable progress. Better outcomes.

CONDITIONS & THERAPIES

We Treat the Whole Picture.

Mental health rarely shows up as just one thing. Our clinical program is built to address the full complexity of what you're carrying.

THE RYSE DIFFERENCE

Not Every Treatment Center Is Built the Same.

We built RYSE around one question: what would genuinely exceptional mental health care actually look like? Here's the answer.

qEEG Brain Mapping

Most programs build your plan from what you report feeling. RYSE starts with what your brain is actually doing.

FDA-cleared qEEG technology maps your neurological activity and identifies patterns linked to your condition. Your treatment is built from that data — not a generic protocol.

6-Bed Residential Setting

A 6-bed program isn't a marketing angle. It's a structural commitment to individualized care.

Your therapist knows your name. Your psychiatrist knows your history. The staff you see in the morning are the same ones reviewing your progress at night. That continuity is rare. We consider it non-negotiable.

Luxury Setting. Clinical Rigor.

The facility is designed to feel like a home, not a hospital. Serene outdoor spaces, a pool, and curated wellness programming.

Comfort is the context. Clinical rigor is the content. Every decision here is driven by what produces the best outcomes.

Holistic + Evidence-Based, Together

You don't have to choose between science and wellness. Yoga, meditation, art therapy, and nutrition counseling are integrated alongside CBT, DBT, and psychiatric care.

Recovery isn't just symptom reduction. It's building a life that holds.

TMS Therapy (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)

Most residential programs don't offer TMS. RYSE does.

FDA-cleared and non-invasive, TMS uses targeted magnetic pulses to stimulate underactive areas of the brain — offering a clinically proven option for clients who haven't responded fully to medication or talk therapy alone.

For conditions like treatment-resistant depression, TMS can produce meaningful results where other approaches have fallen short. At RYSE, it's integrated directly into your treatment plan — not an afterthought, not an add-on.

Individual & Group Therapy

Meaningful recovery requires both individualized care and human connection. At RYSE, one-on-one therapy helps uncover the patterns driving anxiety, trauma, depression, and other obstacles, while group therapy builds accountability, insight, and emotional resilience in a supportive setting.

Our clinicians integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed therapy to help clients develop healthier coping patterns and create lasting change.

THE ENVIRONMENT

Healing Happens in the Right Environment

The RYSE facility was designed with one goal: to create a space where the act of recovery feels possible. Serene outdoor spaces. A pool. Low noise. Low pressure. High personal attention. This isn't a hospital. It's a home — built around the understanding that where you heal matters as much as how you heal.

Imagine Feeling Like Yourself Again.

Not just stable. Not just "better than before." Actually yourself — regulated, present, and living with purpose.

That's what real recovery looks like. And it starts with a single call.

You don't have to commit to anything today. Just reach out. Our team will take it from there — with honesty, without judgment, and with the full weight of clinical expertise behind every word they say.
"We don't just help you rise — we help you stay risen."

WHAT CLIENTS & FAMILIES ARE SAYING

Real People. Real Results.

"RYSE gave our family something we had almost stopped believing in — real hope. The clinical team was attentive, the environment was unlike anything we expected, and our son left with tools he actually uses. We are grateful beyond words."

A.M.

Parent

"I had been through treatment twice before. This was different. The team actually listened, the therapy went deeper than anything I had experienced, and for the first time I felt like the program was built for me — not the other way around."

J.M.

Former Patient

"The level of personal attention here is something you rarely find. Small setting, extraordinary team. My daughter is doing things I wasn't sure I'd ever see her do again."

You Have Questions.
We Have Honest Answers.

Absolutely. Call us any time — day or night — and a real care coordinator will answer. No scripts. No pressure. We’ll listen to your situation and help you figure out whether RYSE is the right fit, even if the answer turns out to be somewhere else.

No. Treatment is 100% confidential under federal HIPAA law. We do not contact employers, and treatment does not appear on employment or background records. You control all communication about your care. Many clients use FMLA or medical leave during treatment — we can provide general documentation for that purpose without disclosing clinical details.

We work quickly. Same-day assessments are available. Most clients move from initial call to admission decision within 24–48 hours. If the situation is urgent, call us now — we will prioritize you.

RYSE works with most major out-of-network PPO plans, including Cigna, Aetna, Anthem, BCBS, UHC, and many others. We also accept private pay and can discuss financing. Our team verifies your benefits free of charge.

We do not currently accept Medicaid or Medi-Cal. If that’s your situation, call us — we’ll help you explore alternatives.

Residential treatment typically runs 30–60 days depending on your clinical needs. Your psychiatrist will recommend the appropriate length upon arrival. There’s no rigid schedule — your plan is personalized to you.

We do not currently accept Medicaid or Medi-Cal. If that’s your situation, call us — we’ll help you explore alternatives.

A swimming pool, outdoor relaxation spaces, yoga and meditation areas, an art therapy studio, nutrition counseling, and healthy meals — all in a tranquil semi-rural Southern California setting. The environment is part of the treatment.

Yes, and we encourage it. Family therapy is part of the program. Our clinical team will determine appropriate timing and level of involvement during your stay. Visitation and communication policies are covered during your admission consultation.

We don't just help you rise, we help you stay risen.
